How long does a typical remodeling project take?

The timeline depends on the scope and complexity of your project. A standard kitchen or bathroom remodel usually takes 4–8 weeks from design approval to completion. Larger or custom projects may take longer, but we always provide a clear schedule and keep you updated throughout the process.

Will I be able to see what my remodel looks like before construction starts?

Absolutely! During the Consultation & 3D Design phase, we create a realistic 3D rendering of your space so you can visualize layouts, materials, and finishes before we begin construction. This helps ensure you’re completely confident in your design choices.

Do you handle all aspects of the project, or will I need other contractors?

No need to hire anyone else. We’re a full-service design-build contractor, meaning we handle everything in-house — design, materials, construction, installation, and final walkthrough. You’ll work directly with our Florida State Licensed Contractor (Lic# CRC1332132) from start to finish.

Can I choose my own materials and finishes?

Yes, of course. While we offer a wide range of premium cabinetry, countertops, and flooring options through trusted suppliers, we’re also happy to incorporate your preferred materials or brands into the project. Our goal is to create a space that fits your taste and budget.

What happens if I want to make changes after the project begins?

We understand that ideas can evolve during a remodel. Any requested changes are reviewed and approved through a change order process to ensure transparency in costs, timelines, and design adjustments — with no surprises.

Highly recommend!! My kitchen was cramped, lacked counter space and the layout was not great!! I needed more storage, more space for cutting and dicing and just a better feel. It was an old 50’s kitchen with three outlets! Phil came in, and together we designed a beautiful new layout with everything I needed and could have asked for. He steered me in better direction when I didn’t see the logistics of how things would look or work as a functioning kitchen. He knows exactly what’s best for your space and how to utilize the most out of what you have. I am in love with my new kitchen. Beautiful deep blue cabinets, gorgeous appliances he helped me get a great deal on, amazing granite counters, and when it came to backsplash, he let me know he liked my option, but wanted to show me a couple different things to consider based on his experience. He was right and together he helped me find the perfect backsplash, and I know I love it 1,000 times more than I would have the other one. His pricing is good, not the cheapest but not the highest, but you’ll be glad you spent a little extra because you’ll see it in the finished product. If you’re teatering between two companies, choose 3D Remodel, you will be so happy you did!! Excuse the few messes in the pictures as I’m picking paint colors for the surrounding rooms.
