Philip De Terlizzi is a Licensed Certified Residential Contractor in the State of Florida. While he is new to Florida, he is not new to Construction. With over 18 years of custom home building and remodeling experience in a luxury market up north, he and his wife decided to relocate to Pinellas County where Stacy grew up to be near their families and raise their young son Alex (the 3rd D in 3D). Philip’s experience in real estate, home building, business ownership, and marketing have given him an incredible breadth of knowledge and customer service skills that differentiate him from the competition.
Stacy De Terlizzi is a graduate of Clearwater Central Catholic and the University of Tampa, with a BS in Marketing. Unsatisfied with corporate life, she then went on to get a second Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design from IADT. After the housing market crash she embarked on a journey north, which lead her to Philip. After the birth of their son Alex, her journey came full circle with a return to Pinellas County and family. Her business background provides a rare practical and functional element to her design approach. That practicality combined with her genuine care and concern for people provides the personal touch needed to really get to the true essence of what a client is looking for.
