Bellaire 33756 Country Club
Scope: Kitchen & Master Bedroom-Bath Suite
We were originally consulted prior to purchase of this home with the client looking to see if it were possible to open the floor plan at the rear of the home to improve the flow of the small dated kitchen that was cut off from the main living and entertaining space. The client wanted walls removed and needed to confirm it could be done and the approximate cost before committing to the purchase. This is where working with a Florida State Certified Licensed Contractor with over 24 years of expertise in construction and remodeling is critical. The client trusted our rough estimate and confidence we could make her vision a reality and purchased the home. We started our design process which included removing the rear concrete block structural walls at the rear of the home in order to do so. We designed a transitional kitchen using skinny white shaker cabinetry blended with European alternative textured wood grain doors to compliment the art deco period features of the home. Quartz CounterTops with Waterfall Ends
My wife Stacy, our in house designer, procured Sereena & Lilly counter height barstools for the client, something she had been eying for many years. With an Interior designer on staff, we were able to procure items from several vendors including Visual Comfort Lighting and many others with designer discounts which provides exceptional value to our clients. Often this allows our clients the ability to incorporate luxury products in their projects at the price of the midrange items used by other firms.
