How long does a typical remodeling project take?
The timeline depends on the scope and complexity of your project. A standard kitchen or bathroom remodel usually takes 4–8 weeks from design approval to completion. Larger or custom projects may take longer, but we always provide a clear schedule and keep you updated throughout the process.
Will I be able to see what my remodel looks like before construction starts?
Absolutely! During the Consultation & 3D Design phase, we create a realistic 3D rendering of your space so you can visualize layouts, materials, and finishes before we begin construction. This helps ensure you’re completely confident in your design choices.
Do you handle all aspects of the project, or will I need other contractors?
No need to hire anyone else. We’re a full-service design-build contractor, meaning we handle everything in-house — design, materials, construction, installation, and final walkthrough. You’ll work directly with our Florida State Licensed Contractor (Lic# CRC1332132) from start to finish.
Can I choose my own materials and finishes?
Yes, of course. While we offer a wide range of premium cabinetry, countertops, and flooring options through trusted suppliers, we’re also happy to incorporate your preferred materials or brands into the project. Our goal is to create a space that fits your taste and budget.
What happens if I want to make changes after the project begins?
We understand that ideas can evolve during a remodel. Any requested changes are reviewed and approved through a change order process to ensure transparency in costs, timelines, and design adjustments — with no surprises.
